How It Works

Whether they’re just starting to explore the idea or already deep in planning — send them our way.
Refer a friend, family member, or colleague to Gatch Works and we’ll walk them through our Design & Build package.

They sign a new home build contract with us valued at $400,000 or more. At the same time they will also sign a quick form confirming that you were the one who referred them. Easy as!

Once their slab is down, we will give YOU $3,000 CASH — our way of saying thanks for spreading the word and backing Gatch Works.

The Fine Print

The referred build must be a new client (not already in our pipeline)
Applied to Design & Build contracts valued at $400,000+ (Including GST)
Cash referral paid once the foundation is poured.
The person referred must name you during their first contact with us, and sign the Referral Form confirming your referral.
Referrals are valid for 6 months from the date they are submitted
