Gatch Works $3,000 Cash Referral Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The referral program is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over.

• Referrers must not be employees or immediate family members of employees of Gatch Works LTD.

2. Who Can Be Referred

• Referred clients must be new to Gatch Works and not already in contact with, or previously quoted by, Gatch Works.

• Referrals must be for new residential builds only, not renovations or extensions.

• The referred client must sign a Design & Build contract with Gatch Works LTD for a project valued at $400,000 NZD or more (EXCL GST).

3. How to Refer

• Referrals must be submitted in writing via the official referral form provided by Gatch Works.

• The referral form must be signed at the same time or prior to the signing of the building contract by the referred client.

• Only one referrer can be nominated per contract.

4. Payment Terms

• A one-off payment of $3,000 NZD (including GST) will be made via bank transfer to the nominated referrer once:

  • The referred client has signed a full build contract with Gatch Works LTD, and

  • The concrete slab for the new home is completed, as confirmed by Gatch Works.

• Payment will be processed within 30 business days of slab completion and verification.

5. Exclusions

• Projects under $400,000 (excl GST) are not eligible.

• If the referred client cancels or terminates the contract before the slab is poured, no referral payment will be made.

• Referrals submitted after the contract is signed are not valid.

• The referrer cannot also be a party to the building contract.

6. Validity Period

• Referrals are valid for 6 months from the date the referral form is submitted.

• This referral program runs for a limited time only and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Gatch Works LTD.

7. Tax & Reporting

• Any tax implications of receiving the referral payment are the responsibility of the referrer.

8. General

• Gatch Works reserves the right to:

  • Verify the eligibility of both the referrer and referred client.

  • Withhold payment in cases of suspected fraud or misrepresentation.

  • Make final decisions on disputes or eligibility at its sole discretion.
